Trash:
Collection Days: Tuesdays and Fridays
Placement Guidelines: Set carts out by 7 a.m. on collection days, but no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before.
Recycle & Green Waste:
Collection Day: Fridays
Placement Guidelines: Set carts out by 7 a.m. on collection days, but no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before.
Bulk Waste:
Bulk Waste is the 4th Monday of each month.
Residents may schedule 12 bulky waste collections annually.
The city also offers 3 additional collections after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s at no extra cost.
Extra pickups are available for a fee (must be paid in advance).

View the Parking Map and please be mindful when parking:
Do not park directly across from another vehicle (especially near units 1–3 and around the island).
Do not block driveways.
If a car is damaged due to crowded or blocked access, the owner/driver of the parked car is at fault.

Per the HOA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), Article IX:
Both First Colony HOA and Sweetwater Court HOA approval are required before starting any property improvements or changes.

Per the HOA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), Section 9.7:
Any landscaping outside your fenced-in back patio requires approval from the Architectural Committee.
This includes grading, excavation, or filling.
