Trash:

• Collection Days: Tuesdays and Fridays

• Placement Guidelines: Set carts out by 7 a.m. on collection days, but no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before.

Recycle & Green Waste:

• Collection Day: Fridays

• Placement Guidelines: Set carts out by 7 a.m. on collection days, but no earlier than 6 p.m. the evening before.

Bulk Waste:

• Bulk Waste is the 4th Monday of each month.

• Residents may schedule 12 bulky waste collections annually.

• The city also offers 3 additional collections after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s at no extra cost.

• Extra pickups are available for a fee (must be paid in advance).

• Do not park directly across from another vehicle (especially near units 1–3 and around the island).

• Do not block driveways.

• If a car is damaged due to crowded or blocked access, the owner/driver of the parked car is at fault.

• Both First Colony HOA and Sweetwater Court HOA approval are required before starting any property improvements or changes.
